NextFlow Builder Book audit
About · Sumit Bansal

One engineer. Twelve-plus years shipping things that had to work.

I'm Sumit Bansal. NextFlow Builder is the studio I run — automation, AI agents, and MCP integrations for B2B SaaS teams. Before this, I spent twelve years operating e-commerce, marketing, and ops across India, Dubai, and US-remote engagements. The shorthand: I've been the person responsible for systems that actually had to make money, not just demo well.

// track record

Numbers I've put behind real work.

Not vanity metrics. The kind of things that show up in P&Ls and in your team's calendars.

  1. 01

    AED ~100K/month e-commerce revenue, 35–40% net margins

Ran a four-platform e-commerce operation from Dubai — Shopify, Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and Carrefour Marketplace — covering catalog, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer engagement. Net margins held in the high-30s even as the marketplace tax burden moved.

Merw General Trading, Dubai · 2020–2024
  2. 02

30% online-sales increase via integrated catalog + comms

Integrated Freshchat and WhatsApp with internal systems to streamline vendor and operations coordination. Owned product catalog and sales enablement alongside the dev team. The needle moved 30% on online sales over the engagement.

Flaberry Services, New Delhi · 2017–2020
  3. 03

1.5× sales growth on a brand-new line launch

Launched the "Dresses on Rent" e-commerce line from cold-start through digital marketing, oversaw daily store operations, and ran the Java-based ERP that kept billing accurate. The line delivered 1.5× the previous period's sales.

Aryan Creations, New Delhi · 2015–2016
  4. 04

10+ hours/week saved per client with automation scripts

Wrote product-upload and inventory-sync scripts (Google Sheets + Shopify + Amazon APIs) that absorbed the boring chunk of e-commerce ops. The time-saving was repeatable across stores — same shape, different SKUs.

    Personal project & client deployments · 2021–2024
  5. 05

AI-driven first-line CS that gracefully escalated

Built ChatGPT + Gemini chatbots on Crisp and Zopim with confidence-gated handoff — the bot answered when it was sure, handed to humans when it wasn't. Response speed up, CS load down, escalation quality maintained.

    MyOperator (VoiceTree Technologies) · 2024–2026
  6. 06

No-code API portal that put non-developers in charge

Built a Bubble.io self-serve portal that let clients configure their own API automations — linking Bitrix24 to comms apps without writing code. Deployment cycles got dramatically shorter; engineering wasn't the bottleneck anymore.

// how I work

Operating principles, in plain words.

P-01

One engineer, the full loop

The same person takes the brief, designs the system, writes the code, ships it, and answers the support thread. No account-manager layer between you and the work.

P-02

Production-first

Everything I build runs end-to-end before the invoice closes — real APIs, real data flowing through, real failure modes handled. Demos that won't survive a Tuesday aren't on the menu.

P-03

Async by default

Looms for status, docs for context, calls only when they earn their place. I run on a 9 AM EST overlap window from India; your calendar wins.

P-04

You own everything

Code, prompts, recipes, documentation — all transferred to your repo and tools at handoff. No proprietary lock-in. NDAs are fine, mutual or yours.

P-05

Honest scope

If you're not the right fit — wrong stack, wrong stage, wrong budget — I'll say so before signing. Better to lose a sale than ship the wrong thing.

P-06

Tools, not religion

n8n vs Zapier, OpenAI vs Anthropic, custom MCP vs existing — I pick based on your stack and constraints, not what I built last week. Workato if you're already there, n8n if you're not.

// honest line

What I'm great at, what I'm growing in.

Real depth

  • Zapier — 5+ years, muscle memory across hundreds of zaps
  • n8n — 3+ years, self-hosted and cloud, the default for production builds
  • JavaScript & Python automation — 8+ years of writing the bridge code when no native connector exists
  • E-commerce automation — Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Carrefour — the operational pain is in my bones
  • AI-LLM tool-calling — production deployments of ChatGPT and Gemini for support automation

Growing capability

  • Workato — currently shipping production recipes day-to-day. If you're already on Workato and want me to wire MCP through it, I'll be honest about where I'm at and we'll scope accordingly.
  • Custom MCP-server builds — the default offer is setting up existing MCP servers (Zoho, GitHub, etc.) or MCP-native platforms. Custom-from-scratch is an add-on we'd discuss explicitly.
  • Cloudflare Workers AI — actively building, this site itself runs on the Cloudflare Workers / Pages stack.
